Lister Hubbard was admitted to the
Alabama State Bar in 1980. He received an A.B.J. from the University
of Georgia in 1977, magna cum laude, and a J.D from The
University of Alabama School of Law. He is a member of the Phi
Kappa Phi Honor Society and was designated a Hugo L. Black
Scholar in law school.
