John Roth is a member of the bars of Alabama and New York (First Division), and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. He received his B.S. in Finance from Auburn University in 1998, and  his M.A. in Banking & Finance from the University of Alabama in 1999.  He obtained his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Cumberland School of Law in 2002, and his LL.M in Taxation from New York University in 2003. John is a native of Montgomery.
